However, traffic violations, social order and safety, fires and explosions during and after Tet still occurred; the implementation of civilized lifestyles at festivals, tourist areas, and environmental sanitation work was not good at times and in some places.
It is forecasted that in the coming time, the domestic and provincial situation will have opportunities, advantages, difficulties and challenges intertwined, but there will be more difficulties and challenges. In order to successfully and comprehensively complete the set goals and tasks for 2025, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested all levels, sectors, localities and units, according to their assigned functions, tasks and powers, to focus on directing and handling work, especially tasks that have not been completed in 2024, tasks that are still unfinished due to Tet holidays, not to delay, affecting the implementation of socio-economic development goals, ensuring national defense and security in 2025 of the province, continuing to promote the spirit of solidarity, efforts, attempts, and higher determination in directing and operating, promptly overcoming difficulties, challenges and bottlenecks of the province; In the immediate future, focus on seriously and effectively implementing Directive No. 03/CT-TTg dated February 4, 2025 of the Prime Minister, and at the same time perform well the following key tasks:

- Regularly review, inspect, and urge investors to promptly complete documents and procedures, speed up the implementation of projects and disburse public investment capital plans right from the first days and months of 2025. Urgently advise the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and decision on allocation of capital sources, tasks, and projects that have not been allocated in detail according to regulations (if eligible); coordinate with relevant units to monitor, urge, and resolve difficulties and problems to speed up the implementation of direct investment projects; advise on handling slow projects and projects that violate investment commitments.
- Focus on guiding and accelerating the progress of investment preparation for large, key projects and works that have a spillover effect on the socio-economic development of the province, which are assigned a capital plan for investment preparation, as a basis for implementation right from the beginning of the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2026 - 2030. Continue to review and propose a list of works and projects to be inaugurated and started to welcome the 20th Provincial Party Congress; report to the Provincial People's Committee before March 30, 2025.
