The staff has been arranged and assigned new tasks, promptly implementing the work, leaving no "gaps" in the unit's operations.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thach That District Nguyen Minh Hong said that restructuring the apparatus is an important step to help Thach That strengthen discipline, administrative discipline, and improve the working efficiency of the staff, civil servants, and public employees. Propaganda work and creating consensus among cadres, party members and people have also received special attention from units. In Hoan Kiem district, the core contents and new guidelines of the Central Committee on streamlining the apparatus have been thoroughly grasped and widely disseminated by Party committees and organizations on digital platforms. Meanwhile, Ba Dinh district has issued propaganda documents to cadres, party members, union members, association members, etc., thereby strongly spreading the policy of streamlining the apparatus, creating high unity in ideology and action throughout the Party Committee and the district's political system.

Meanwhile, in Nam Tu Liem district, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee Lam Quang Thao said that the district focuses on doing a good job of ideological work, orienting public opinion; solving well the regime and policies for subjects under the apparatus arrangement; supporting redundant cases in the direction of creating the most favorable conditions for arranging suitable jobs or implementing the regime in accordance with regulations.

To guide localities to effectively implement the new guidelines of the Central Government, in early March 2025, the Hanoi Party Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 1458-CV/TU on the implementation of Conclusion No. 127-KL/TU dated February 28, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on "Implementing research and proposing to continue to reorganize the apparatus of the political system". Along with proactively disseminating and widely propagating the policy of reorganizing and streamlining the apparatus; doing well the political and ideological work, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee requested localities and units to focus on leading and directing the continued implementation of local tasks; ensuring the city's growth target; ensuring discipline in the management and operation of authorities at all levels.

According to Central Party Committee member, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh, cadres, civil servants and public employees need to unite and immediately start to consolidate, carry out the assignment, decentralization and delegation of tasks, ensure the smooth operation of units, keep pace and strive to excellently complete the task of development and growth of over 8% in 2025 of the city.

The Chairman of the City People's Committee also requested that the newly reorganized departments and branches, in addition to maintaining the implementation of professional tasks according to regulations, must ensure that work is not interrupted, affecting people and organizations; at the same time, focus on solving and handling a number of issues arising related to the reorganization of the apparatus.
