Comrade Dao Thi Thu Loan needs to urgently grasp the work, make efforts with the collective leadership, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Department of Planning and Investment to unite, unify, and perform well the state management work of the industry on planning work; public investment plans, and attracting investment resources.
