Speaking at the reception, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang congratulated Ms. Carmen Cano de Lasala on her appointment as Ambassador to Vietnam at a time when the two countries celebrate the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the “Strategic Partnership towards the Future” (2009-2024); and affirmed that Vietnam always attaches importance to and wishes to bring the Strategic Partnership with Spain to a new level, commensurate with the cooperation potential of the two sides. Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang was delighted and briefly introduced the position and role of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, as well as some types of training and training courses at the Academy, especially training courses according to planning and training courses according to titles at the Academy, with the participation of international experts.
