Thach Thang Ward Police (Hai Chau District) said that in recent times, the unit has strengthened the work of ensuring security and order, propagating crime prevention and combat, and strengthening the grasp of the local situation. Accordingly, strictly manage, conduct name and face checks of suspicious subjects; attack and suppress criminals before, during and after the festival; coordinate to restore order on sidewalk traffic. At the same time, increase 100% of the number of troops on duty, patrol and grasp the local situation, especially manage teenagers who show signs of violating the law.

In Phuoc My ward, Son Tra district, since the beginning of March, authorities have resolutely dealt with cases of motorbike and car washing and repair establishments causing environmental pollution, encroaching on sidewalks on roads and organizing illegal parking lots.

At the same time, launching emulation movements, propagating to residential areas, neighborhood groups, mobilizing people to join hands to create clear roads, airy sidewalks, not encroaching on sidewalks with items such as flower pots, ornamental plants, mobile awnings, etc. that obstruct walking paths. From the beginning of the year to March 17, the Hai Chau District Food Safety Inspection Team inspected 463 food production, processing and trading establishments; penalized 5 establishments for violating food safety regulations, and imposed a fine of 11 million VND. Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Phuong, Head of the District Health Department, said that the unit has increased inspections and guided food service establishments to ensure food safety and hygiene such as: proper food preservation, personal hygiene and maintaining environmental hygiene...

Meanwhile, the Hai Chau District Urban Regulation Inspection Team mobilized 100% of its personnel to thoroughly handle cases of encroachment on sidewalks and roadsides for business, trading, placing tables, chairs, and signs of all kinds; illegal parking; and propagandizing and preventing acts of taking advantage of crowds to pickpocket, rob, fight, and disturb public order...

The City Food Safety Management Board has increased inspection of documents related to food safety, including facility certificates, health certificates, and lists confirming the knowledge of facility owners, processing staff, invoices, and raw material sources. At the same time, it will conduct 3-step verification from the stage of purchasing food ingredients to the process of transporting, preserving, processing, and using food at hotels and restaurants, with a 24-48 hour food sample retention regime as prescribed. In case of violations, the unit will strictly handle them to ensure safety for major holidays and events in the city.
