Quickly wiping away the sweat rolling down his cheeks, after completing the lying down shooting movement, soldier Vo Chi Ca, Company 6, Battalion 2, excitedly said: “The weather this season is very erratic, sunny in the morning, rainy in the afternoon. Practicing shooting in the absence of light makes it difficult to aim correctly, but we always try and practice actively so that when we enter the live ammunition test, we will achieve the best results.”

At the same time, on the training ground of Regiment 142, it was raining. But regardless of rain or shine, with the spirit of "Overcoming the sun to overcome the rain, training enthusiastically", the youth of Division 315 still overcame all difficulties, determined to successfully complete the new soldier training course.

Along with the training mission, the youth union organizations in Division 315 have launched and effectively implemented the emulation movement "Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025" launched by the Prime Minister; participated in building new rural areas and implemented the Peak Day activities "Volunteering to build new rural areas" and "Green Sunday". Along with that, the youth of the units also continued to deploy and effectively implement the models: "Youth Union branches without cadres, union members, and youth (YVTN) smoking", "Youth Union branches without cadres, YVTN violating the law and discipline", "Cultivating life skills for cadres, YVTN"...

To promote the spirit of shock and enthusiasm of the youth in the first month of training new soldiers, the Youth Union organizations also carried out many activities such as: "Reunion Day", seminars, forums, physical education and sports; cultural and artistic exchanges combined with comrades' birthdays; meetings, exchanges, and dialogues between Youth Union officials and Youth Union members; organized for 100% of officials and Youth Union members to register and commit to implementing well the contents and targets of the peak emulation period "Speed ​​- Victory", to take the initiative in carrying out new tasks and difficult tasks of agencies and units; organized tours and traditional education; participated in the contest to learn about the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification... In addition, the youth of the units under the Division also coordinated with organizations to do well in social security activities.

Colonel Pham Hai Minh, Deputy Political Commissar of Division 315, said: The Division has actively directed the implementation of comprehensive and widespread Youth Union activities and youth movements in the first month of training new soldiers. Thereby, it has aroused the spirit of shock, enthusiasm, and excitement of the youth; grasped and resolved well the thoughts and feelings, and built a good ideal life for the Youth Union members. After more than a month of training and practice, the vast majority of new soldiers strictly followed the law and discipline, always felt secure in their work, loved and attached to the unit, and were ready to receive and complete well all assigned tasks.
