Provincial Standing Committee Meeting

Comrade Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, chaired the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

Agreeing with the results achieved in the past week and directing the tasks of the week, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requested Party committees, agencies, units and localities to closely follow the new direction at the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee on the arrangement of the apparatus and administrative units at the provincial and communal levels to complete the Project and plan for the arrangement of the apparatus of the political system to ensure quality, progress and create solidarity, consensus and high unity among cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and people of all walks of life; well control the area, maintain political stability and social order and security in the province.

Assign the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to direct the Provincial People's Committee to direct departments, branches, localities and units to focus on directing the implementation of socio-economic development tasks in the second quarter. In particular, focus on directing the immediate resolution of problems under the authority of the locality such as planning, filling materials, site clearance, conversion of land use purposes... to speed up the progress of all works and projects in the province. At the same time, direct the serious and effective implementation of administrative reform, improve the investment and business environment, and enhance provincial competitiveness. In particular, it is necessary to simplify and cut unnecessary administrative procedures; reduce the processing time of administrative procedures and costs of administrative procedure compliance.

Along with that, agencies, units and localities are required to continue to seriously and fully implement the instructions of the Central Committee and the Central Steering Committee related to Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation development and the 2025 Work Program of the Provincial Steering Committee, especially the key and breakthrough tasks and solutions so that science, technology, innovation and digital transformation are new driving forces for economic growth.

On the same day, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also listened to and gave opinions on many other important issues.
