Previously, on the afternoon of December 27, in Hanoi, the Organizing Committee of the 80th National Public Security Conference held a ceremony to announce and present awards and emulation titles of the Party, State and Ministry of Public Security to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in work and combat.

Authorized by the President, General Luong Tam Quang, Minister of Public Security, awarded the First Class Military Exploit Order to two groups, the Department of Security Investigation, the Department of Economic Police, and three individuals: Lieutenant General Le Hong Nam, Director of Ho Chi Minh City Police; Colonel Vu Nhu Ha, Director of Lang Son Provincial Police; Colonel Nguyen Minh Tuan, Director of Phu Tho Provincial Police.
In addition, many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in work and combat have also received emulation titles from the Party, State and Ministry of Public Security.
On this occasion, the Prime Minister signed a Decision to award the title of National Emulation Fighter to 13 individuals of the Ministry of Public Security with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.
