From March 30, Vietnam Airlines will officially operate a direct flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Beijing (China) via the world's largest airport, Beijing Daxing (PKX).
The new route Ho Chi Minh City - Daxing (Beijing) will be operated with a frequency of 5 flights/week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays using Airbus A321 aircraft.
In addition to the new route, Vietnam Airlines also increased the frequency of flights on the Hanoi - Beijing route to 7 flights/week. These activities will help customers have more convenient options when traveling from the southern region of Vietnam to the capital of China without connecting flights, thereby optimizing travel time and enhancing the flight experience.

With the opening of new routes, Vietnam Airlines will operate a total of 6 routes connecting Vietnam and China, including Hanoi - Beijing, Ho Chi Minh City - Daxing (Beijing), Hanoi - Shanghai, Ho Chi Minh City - Shanghai, Hanoi - Guangzhou, Ho Chi Minh City - Guangzhou. The total number of flights between the two countries also reaches 40 flights per week, meeting the travel needs of passengers from both countries.
On the occasion of opening the new route, the airline said it will launch an attractive promotion with round-trip tickets from Ho Chi Minh City - Dai Hung starting from only VND7,499,000 (including taxes and fees). Passengers can book tickets from now until October 24 for flights departing from March 30 to October 24.
In particular, Vietnam Airlines Golden Lotus members taking flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Daxing International Airport from March 30 to April 30 will receive 750 bonus miles/way for Economy class and 1,500 bonus miles/way for Business class.
The program applies to customers who book tickets from now until March 31. Tickets are available for sale at Vietnam Airlines' ticket offices, agents, website and mobile app.
The opening and increasing of flight frequency to Beijing not only opens up tourism and trade opportunities, but also facilitates the development of bilateral cooperation between Vietnam and China. At the same time, it affirms the position of the National Airline in connecting Vietnam with the key market of China and in the Asian region.
