(NLDO) - On the morning of February 12, Quang Ninh Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce and hand over early retirement decisions to 9 officers who are leaders of the Police of units and localities.
At the announcement ceremony, the Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police Department handed over the decision to retire from work and enjoy retirement benefits from March 1 to 9 department-level leaders, including: 5 department heads and 4 deputy department heads, deputy heads of district police.
Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police, presented the Decision on early retirement to 9 comrades who are leaders of the Police of units and localities.
Specifically: Colonel Le Duc Hien (born in 1966, Head of Logistics Department); Colonel Nguyen Duc Quy (born in 1966, Chief Inspector of the Provincial Police); Colonel Nguyen Hai Phong (born in 1969, Head of Mobile Police Department); Lieutenant Colonel Le Dinh Dong (born in 1966, Head of Records Department); Lieutenant Colonel Vu Van Thuc (born in 1967, Head of Immigration Management Department); Colonel Vu Minh Duc (born in 1966, Deputy Head of Dong Trieu City Police); Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Dinh (born in 1965, Deputy Head of Cam Pha City Police); Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Quoc Thong (born in 1967, Deputy Head of Van Don District Police) and Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Van Vinh (born in 1967, Deputy Head of Records Department).
Implementing the policy of the Politburo, the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Provincial Public Security Director, the above officers voluntarily submitted applications for early retirement to facilitate the arrangement and streamlining of the Provincial Public Security apparatus in the coming time. Party committees and leaders of units and localities all agreed 100% to request the Provincial Public Security to allow 9 officers to retire from work and receive retirement benefits.
The cases of resignation this time are all cadres who have grown up from the grassroots, are leaders and commanders who have experienced many different fields of work.
On behalf of the officers whose resignations were announced this time, Colonel Le Duc Hien, Head of the Logistics Department, clearly expressed his awareness of the responsibility of each individual in implementing the major policy of the Party and the police force in arranging and organizing the apparatus, and at the same time, it is an honor to contribute to the revolution of streamlining the apparatus that the Party, the State and the industry are implementing.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police, congratulated the 9 officers who had successfully completed their assigned tasks, retired from work, and enjoyed retirement benefits according to regulations; at the same time, he acknowledged the important work results and contributions of the officers, contributing to the overall achievements of Quang Ninh Provincial Police over the past time.
According to the Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police, voluntarily retiring from work before the age limit not only demonstrates the bravery, sense of responsibility, exemplary behavior, and pioneering in implementing the Party's policies, but also represents the great sacrifice and dedication of cadres in the revolution of arranging and streamlining the apparatus of the Party, the State, and the industry. This is an action with widespread influence and an important driving force for the Provincial Police to best complete the work of arranging and assigning cadres when implementing the new apparatus, as well as building a personnel plan for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
