Phase 2021-2025: Implement nearly 70 industrial promotion projects

Through industrial promotion activities, the province supports the development of typical rural industrial products, including organizing a fair and exhibition of typical rural industrial products in the Southern region with the participation of 100 enterprises inside and outside the province.

Organize and participate in voting for typical IT products at all levels. Voting results with certificates include: 43 typical IT products at district level; 10 typical IT products at provincial level; 7 typical IT products at regional level; 2 typical IT products at national level.

Through industrial promotion activities, in the period of 2021-2025, the province has implemented 69 industrial promotion projects in Tay Ninh province. The total implementation cost is 33 billion VND, of which the central budget supports about 3.2 billion VND; the local budget supports 9.8 billion VND; and the counterpart fund of industrial parks is 19 billion VND.

The result has attracted investment capital of 19 billion VND from the IT establishments, created jobs for rural workers, used locally produced raw materials, increased product output to serve social needs... The products have been improved, quality and design have been enhanced to meet the requirements of the consumer market, the revenue of the IT establishments has increased, contributing a part to the local budget.

The development of the National and Local Industrial Promotion Program for the 2026-2030 period is of great significance in completing the socio-economic development targets and tasks for the 2026-2030 period in general and the development plan of the Industry and Trade sector in particular.

Accordingly, the industrial promotion program in this phase will focus on improving management capacity for IT establishments, including supporting 2 study trips abroad for establishments; supporting 20 start-up enterprises to establish IT production enterprises.

The program supports 80 industrial parks to build technical demonstration models; pilot models on applying cleaner production; transfer technology and apply advanced machinery and scientific and technical advances in production; repair and upgrade environmental pollution treatment systems.

The program also supports the construction of technical demonstration models, technology transfer and application of advanced machinery and scientific and technical advances in production, including supporting 3 IT establishments to build 3 technical demonstration models applying new technology and producing new products.

In addition, the program also improves business management capacity, awareness and capacity to apply cleaner production in industrial production through consulting, training, seminars, forums; supports start-up and establishment of clean production enterprises, expands consumption markets, exports of clean production products; supports the organization of fairs and exhibitions of clean production products, handicrafts, etc.
