Nearly 9.3 thousand Dong Nai people participated in voluntary blood donation in the first 3 months of 2025

Accordingly, the provincial, district and city Red Cross and Cho Ray Blood Transfusion Center will coordinate to organize 12 voluntary blood donation campaigns with the goal of mobilizing 4,000 units of blood. The organizing committee is looking forward to receiving the participation of all classes of people to contribute to ensuring the source of blood and blood products for serving the people's health care.

Chairman of the Provincial Red Cross Society Do Thi Phuoc Thien said that in the first 3 months of 2025, the province organized 40 voluntary blood donation receptions. Thereby, nearly 9,300 people participated in voluntary blood donation. In March 2025, the Provincial Red Cross Society awarded the Vietnam Red Cross Society Executive Committee, the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Red Cross Society to 105 individuals and groups with outstanding achievements in voluntary blood donation.
