Ford Territory 2025 has arrived in Vietnam, Mazda CX-5 is cautious?

Recently, the new 2025 Ford Territory facelift (mid-life upgrade) was once again caught in the Vietnamese market, this time rolling on the street with many details covered.

Unlike the previous appearance at the emission testing center - where the body of the car was covered, this time the Ford Territory 2025 SUV only had its front and rear camouflaged. This helps viewers have a clearer view of the new design in the side area of ​​the car.

According to observations, the rims on this test version are similar to the white Territory that appeared before, showing that this could be standard equipment for the facelift version in the Vietnamese market.

Notably, the B and C pillars of the car are painted the same color as the body, different from the previous version which used glossy black paint to create a "floating roof" effect. The rear side of the car has also been refined, giving a neater and more seamless feel.

Previously, some changes to the front of the car were also noted. Specifically, the area under the headlight cluster is painted the same color as the body, helping to highlight the glossy black decorative strip running along the edge of the front bumper - different from the all-black design on the Territory model in China.

The grille on the test version in Vietnam is also slightly different, showing that Ford is making its own adjustments to suit the domestic market. Overall, the 2025 Territory has an upgraded front end with the main headlights raised high, integrated with eye-catching hook-shaped LED strips. The air intake below has also been expanded.

Meanwhile, the side and rear design still retain many familiar features from the current version. Notably, Ford also added many new wheel options for this facelift version. The overall dimensions of the car have been adjusted with a length increase of 55 mm to 4,685 mm, helping to improve the interior space and the imposing appearance of the car when viewed from the outside.

Because it is only a mid-life upgrade, the interior of the 2025 Territory has not changed much. The car still retains the cluster of two 12.3-inch electronic screens connected on the dashboard, the center console is simply arranged with a knob-shaped gear lever and modern touch keys.

In terms of operation, the 2025 Ford Territory facelift in Vietnam is likely to still use the 1.5L EcoBoost engine, providing 168 horsepower and 260 Nm of torque. The car will use a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and front-wheel drive.

According to information from dealers, Ford Territory 2025 is expected to officially launch in the Vietnamese market this year, but the specific time has not been announced.

While waiting for the new version, dealers are actively implementing many promotional programs to clear inventory of old Territory models, paving the way for the new version that is about to arrive.
