According to statistics, with an area of about 300 hectares, Cam Thanh coconut forest welcomes 3,000 visitors every day, mainly Korean, Taiwanese and domestic visitors.

Recently, one of the oldest crafts of Hoi An, which originated from Cam Thanh coconut forest, is the craft of making bamboo and water coconut houses, which has been included in the list of National Intangible Cultural Heritage. In 2023, revenue from ticket sales to Cam Thanh coconut forest will reach nearly 25 billion VND.
