The 2nd Ho Chi Minh City Women's Newspaper Pickleball Tournament 2025 - 50 years of national reunification will take place on April 19 and 20 at Tana Sport Stadium (Phu Nhuan District).

The tournament aims to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975) and the 50th anniversary of the founding of Ho Chi Minh City Women's Newspaper (May 19, 1975 - May 19, 2025). At the same time, the tournament helps to strengthen the spirit of solidarity, promote the movement of training, improve physical health and spiritual and cultural life of the people, especially women and children.

This is an opportunity for athletes, officials, civil servants, employees, workers and women to exchange, learn, improve their health and professional skills. To promote the development of the pickleball practice movement nationwide and strengthen the family ties of players.

This year the tournament has a significant increase in the number of participating athletes and the competition events are divided into specific groups as follows:

Women's Doubles 4.5 (40 pairs of players).

Women's Doubles 6.0 (16 pairs of players).

Father - Son Pairs (8 pairs of athletes).

Mother - Child Pairs (7 pairs of athletes).

Couples over 45 years old.

Couples under 45 years old (25 athlete couples).

Male - female doubles of officers and employees (16 pairs of athletes).

Men's Doubles (16 pairs of athletes).

Female CBCC Doubles (16 pairs of athletes).

Celebrity Couple.

In particular, the Organizing Committee will allocate a portion of the competition fee revenue to support the Para Pickleball Club for the disabled and 30 disadvantaged female Youth Volunteers who participated in Route 1C.

The tournament promises to create 2 days of exciting and attractive competition and bring a lot of meaning to the community.
