Bringing Vietnam - France relations to new heights

In 2023, Vietnam and France will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations (April 12, 1973 - April 12, 2023), and the 10th anniversary of upgrading relations to Strategic Partnership (2013 - 2023).

Over the past 50 years, the traditional friendship between Vietnam and France has become increasingly strong, deepened, and cooperation has become comprehensive, rich, diverse, and effective in all fields.

Currently, Vietnam and France have many favorable conditions to make a strong breakthrough with a long-term, solid vision, as a foundation to bring the relationship between the two countries to new heights.
