Five basic digital skills include: using online public services; online shopping; online payment; protecting yourself in cyberspace and using other digital platforms depending on local characteristics in extracurricular lessons for secondary and high school students in the province. By 2024, Quang Nam strives to achieve the goal of each family having at least 1 person proficient in 5 basic digital skills.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Information and Communications to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies, units, and localities to propose and deploy digital transformation models in villages, hamlets, residential groups, and residential clusters associated with 5 basic digital skills.
Quang Nam Provincial Youth Union directed its grassroots organizations to send members to join the core force of the CNSCĐ team. Telecommunications enterprises and the provincial Post Office are interested in and actively send key staff with digital skills to support the activities of the CNSCĐ team.
Regarding activities in response to National Digital Transformation Day and Local Digital Transformation Day in 2024, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Information and Communications to preside over and coordinate with CNSCĐ teams, relevant agencies, units, and localities to launch and deploy the campaign "going to every alley, knocking on every door, guiding each person to use services and applications to develop the digital economy" of CNSCĐ teams across the province.
The campaign will take place over 10 days (October 1 - October 10, 2024). The CNSCĐ teams will plan to deploy in the area, go to residential areas, select and guide people to use practical services and applications to develop the digital economy.
