The delivery price for March 2025 was 5,482 USD/ton (up 30 USD/ton), the delivery price for May 2025 was 5,423 USD/ton (up 35 USD/ton), the delivery price for July 2025 was 5,334 USD/ton (up 38 USD/ton) and September 2025 was 5,235 USD/ton (up 36 USD/ton).

Arabica coffee prices on the New York floor also increased slightly, from 2.10 to 2.40 cents/lb. Specifically, the delivery period for March 2025 is 343.95 cents/lb (up 2.10 cents/lb), the delivery period for May 2025 is 340.10 cents/lb (up 2.25 cents/lb), the delivery period for July 2025 is 333.55 cents/lb (up 2.40 cents/lb) and the delivery period for September 2025 is 324.40 cents/lb (up 2.40 cents/lb).

Similarly, the price of Arabica coffee from Brazil also recorded a slight increase. Specifically, the delivery period in May 2025 was 421.00 USD/ton (up 1.60 USD/ton), the period in July 2025 was 416.80 USD/ton (up 3.15 USD/ton) and the period in September 2025 was 403.50 USD/ton (up 5.55 USD/ton). In particular, the delivery period in March 2025 decreased to 424.10 USD/ton (down 0.10 USD/ton).

Domestic coffee prices stagnate​​​

According to information from Giacaphe.com, at 4:00 p.m. today, January 24, 2025, domestic coffee prices have stabilized and remained at an average of 124,300 VND/kg, an increase of 100 VND/kg compared to yesterday.

The highest coffee purchase price in key regions of the Central Highlands was recorded at 124,500 VND/kg. Specifically, today's coffee price in Dak Lak is 124,200 VND/kg (up 200 VND/kg), coffee price in Lam Dong is 123,500 VND/kg (up 0 VND/kg), coffee price in Gia Lai is 124,000 VND/kg (up 0 VND/kg) and coffee price in Dak Nong today is 124,500 VND/kg (up 0 VND/kg).

The domestic coffee prices that Giacaphe.com lists every day are calculated based on the prices of two world coffee exchanges combined with continuous surveys from businesses and purchasing agents in key coffee growing areas across the country.

In the international market, the price of Robusta coffee for delivery in March 2025 on the ICE Futures Europe exchange increased by 30 USD/ton, reaching 5,482 USD/ton. The price of Arabica coffee for delivery in March 2025 on the ICE Futures US exchange increased by 2.1 cents/lb, reaching 343.95 cents/lb.

After 4 consecutive sessions of strong coffee price increases this week, it is forecasted that tomorrow, January 25, 2025, domestic coffee prices may stagnate or increase slightly before Tet holiday. Specifically, in Dak Nong, the price may reach 125,000 VND/kg, while in Lam Dong, the price is expected to remain at 124,000 VND/kg.

These fluctuations were mainly due to concerns about supply from Brazil and increased demand in the international market. In addition, the sharp decline in the US dollar also contributed to the increase in coffee prices.
