On March 31, news from the Management Board of the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village said that in response to honoring the Vietnamese Ethnic Culture Day (April 19), from April 1, 2025 to May 4, 2025, the unit will organize a series of activities in April with the theme "Colors of Vietnamese Ethnic Culture".
The series of activities includes daily and weekend activities, introducing the culture and customs of ethnic groups at the "Common House" of the community of 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups.
Thereby, contributing to promoting, preserving and developing the unique traditional cultural values of ethnic groups, enhancing exchanges between ethnic groups, diversifying activities to attract tourists during the holidays, forming a destination at the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village.

Accordingly, during the last two days of this weekend (April 5-6, 2025), at the festival yard of Village III, Ethnic Village Area III, the Management Board of the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village will organize a cultural space of Then singing and Tinh lute of the Tay and Nung ethnic groups in Cao Bang province.
Here, there will be activities introducing folk songs, folk dances, traditional folk music, Tinh lute, Then singing, love duet singing, sli singing, luon singing... Cultural subjects practicing Then singing and Tinh lute will introduce the Tinh lute, and exchange and teach tourists to practice Then singing under the guidance of artisans.
In particular, on April 7, 2025 (Hung King's death anniversary, March 10 of the lunar calendar), the folk song and dance program "Proud of the descendants of Dragon and Fairy" will take place.
At the festival yard of Village III, through songs, singing and folk performances, the ethnic people who are active every day in the Village express their national pride and look back to their roots.
Cultural and artistic activities strengthen trust and solidarity to preserve and promote the traditional cultural values of ethnic communities in a colorful cultural garden.
Also within the framework of the program, there are cultural exchange activities between the Tay and Nung ethnic artisans of Cao Bang province and some groups of people who are working daily in the Village to connect and share in traditional culture.
The April activities have the participation of more than 100 people of 16 ethnic groups who are active daily in the Village. They are village elders, village chiefs, artisans, and people of the following ethnic groups: Tay, Nung (Thai Nguyen); Dao (Hanoi); Mong (Ha Giang); Muong (Hoa Binh); Lao, Thai, Kho Mu (Son La); Ta Oi, Co Tu (Hue); Xo Dang (Kon Tum); Ba Na, Gia Rai (Gia Lai); Raglai (Ninh Thuan); E De (Dak Lak); Khmer (Soc Trang).
In addition, the Management Board of the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village mobilized 25 Xinh Mun ethnic people (Son La province), about 40 Ha Nhi and Mong ethnic people (Lai Chau province); about 25 Tay and Nung ethnic people (Cao Bang province)...
