Three low-altitude fireworks display locations include: Location 4 - backyard of the City Theater, Hong Bang District; Location 5 - southern concrete yard, Duong Kinh District Administrative Center; Location 6 - Stadium, Tien Lang District.

Special performances at the Red Flamboyant Festival.

Of which, points 1 and 2 fire 500 high-altitude fireworks and 90 low-altitude fireworks sets/1 firing point; point 3 fire 300 high-altitude fireworks, 80 sets and 500 low-altitude fireworks, 300 flower spray tubes. Points 4, 5, 6 fire 90 low-altitude fireworks sets/1 firing point.

At point 1, fire 1 minute after the city leader's speech; fire 15 minutes before the art program ends 15 minutes. At the remaining points, fire 15 minutes before the art program ends 15 minutes.

Hai Phong City assigned the City Military Command to preside over and closely coordinate with the City Police, departments, branches and localities to unify the deployment and implementation of the fireworks display plan.
