The area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai in the evening and at night will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain of 15-30 mm, in some places over 60 mm.

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting warned that from April 13, winds at sea will gradually decrease.
