Unity and consensus to break through limits

After 3 days of exciting competition, the teams contributed impressive and thrilling performances in 7 sports; with the enthusiastic cheers of the fans, the careful preparation of the Organizing Committee and the impartial work of the Referee Committee, the 15th PVFCCo Sports Festival in 2023 was a great success, leaving a strong cultural mark of PVFCCo.

The success of this year's sports festival also has a very special meaning in celebrating PVFCCo's 20th anniversary. With a tradition of 20 years of construction and development, generations of employees have made efforts, created and contributed to PVFCCo to achieve many important achievements, maintain the leading position in the fertilizer industry, the brand "Phu My Fertilizer - For a bumper crop" is loved by farmers nationwide; jobs, lives, income and welfare of employees are taken care of.

In addition to the achieved results, the difficulties and challenges for PVFCCo are increasing, especially from the beginning of 2023 until now due to increased production costs, sharp decreases in fertilizer/chemical prices, declining market demand... thus affecting the production and business results of the Corporation...

In that context, PVFCCo still made every effort and united as one. The proof is the success of this year's sports festival with the number of employees participating higher than previous years, up to nearly 600 people.

This success also affirms the belief of employees in the leadership of the Party Committee, trust in the development of PVFCCo in the coming period; at the same time, it demonstrates the collective determination to strive to overcome all difficulties and challenges, and unite to reach new heights.

“ Today’s sports event is also an activity that contributes to building and recreating our PVFCCo culture, helping us improve our health and solidarity, thereby contributing to improving our ability to work and coordinate, helping to promote the professional values and efficiency of the corporation, ” said Mr. Tong Xuan Phong.

Speaking to congratulate the success of the 15th PVFCCo Sports Festival, Mr. Nguyen Manh Kha - Vice President of Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union affirmed: At PVFCCo, the staff and workers not only always work creatively, excellently completing all tasks, but also at any event of the Oil and Gas industry, the image of PVFCCo workers always shines, is exemplary and always shows the spirit and beauty of Oil and Gas.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Kha welcomed and highly appreciated the organization of PVFCCo Union. At each sports festival, PVFCCo Union has many initiatives and innovations in the organization method to help employees become more connected, more creative and have more meaningful activities.

This is also an important opportunity to build a team of employees, preserve and develop the culture of PVFCCo and the culture of Oil and Gas in general.
