At the contact points, the National Assembly deputies reported on the expected content of the program of the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly and the issues the National Assembly discussed at the session.

Voters in Thanh commune reported that the frequent movement of heavy trucks transporting agricultural products has damaged the road from the Thanh Sub-border Control Station to the Se Pon River area. They requested that superiors pay attention to repairing this road to ensure safety for people and agricultural product transportation activities.

Recommend that competent authorities regularly inspect and dredge drainage ditches and mud overflowing onto the road during heavy rains to ensure traffic safety on the road section from Ba Vieng village to A Ho village.

Propose the Department of Industry and Trade and the District People's Committee to direct agencies and units to soon complete the project of supplying electricity for 46 households in Moi village to stabilize their lives. Research on the construction of a bridge at Thanh Sub-border Gate to help people on both sides of the border travel and exchange goods conveniently. Pay attention to investing in clean water projects and self-flowing water systems, because the commune currently does not have a clean water source for use.

Currently, in the commune, there are 51 cases of spontaneous migration and unregistered marriage. We hope that the competent authorities will resolve the issue of obtaining Vietnamese citizenship and enjoying the prescribed policies. We propose to have preferential policies to attract talents for children of ethnic minorities to serve in the locality.

Pay attention to calling for investors to build companies and factories to create jobs and income for ethnic minorities and workers in the area. Reduce loan interest rates for labor export loans, because currently there are many people in the area who need to export labor but due to high loan interest rates, it is difficult to access.

Currently, the section of the Se Pon River passing through A Ho village is at risk of landslides affecting living areas and border markers. It is recommended that superiors study and build embankments to prevent landslides in this area.

In addition, voters also proposed funding support to upgrade and repair some items serving teaching and learning at Thanh Secondary School, the main campus and some satellite campuses of Thanh Kindergarten; offices and functional rooms at the commune People's Committee headquarters.

Voters of Huong Hiep commune proposed to support the conversion of land use purposes from agricultural land to residential land; increase the funding limit for housing construction support for poor and near-poor households of ethnic minorities because the current support level is low, making it difficult for people to match the funding for house construction.

It is necessary to allocate investment capital for production reasonably and promptly for ethnic minorities to eliminate hunger and reduce poverty. There is a shortage of land for production; concerns about landslides from mining activities at local quarries.

Pay attention to granting land use right certificates to 20 households in the youth settlement village; allocate land that people have reclaimed and cultivated stably for over 30 years (about 20 hectares) for production, but is currently under the management of protective forests.
