Within the framework of a working trip to Germany, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, on October 3, a delegation of Ha Tinh province led by Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai visited and worked with the Vietnamese Embassy in Slovakia.
The event was attended by representatives of departments and leading enterprises of Ha Tinh province. The reception was also attended by representatives of the Vietnamese community in Slovakia and the Ha Tinh Association in Slovakia.
At the reception, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai thanked the Embassy, overseas Vietnamese and fellow countrymen of Ha Tinh for their warm and solemn welcome.
Mr. Vo Trong Hai informed about the political - economic - cultural - social achievements that Ha Tinh province has achieved in recent years, from a poor province, it has grown stronger and stronger, ready to expand relations with foreign partners including Slovakia.

This visit is also an opportunity for the province to learn about the country, people, economy, and market needs of Slovakia, and to seek practical cooperation opportunities that benefit both sides. The delegation will visit and work with the President of the Trnava Autonomous Region.
Ambassador Nguyen Tuan informed Ha Tinh province about the bilateral relations between Vietnam and Slovakia, information about the relationship and the needs of the Slovakian market, expressed his willingness to coordinate with the province, and played a supporting role in helping the province lay the foundation for relations with Slovakia in general and Slovakian localities in particular, especially emphasizing the need to deepen the cooperative relationship, serving the interests of the province as well as the country.

During the visit, on October 2, Ambassador Nguyen Tuan and the delegation of Ha Tinh province also had a working session with Mr. Jozef Víkupic, Chairman of the Trnava Autonomous Region and Mr. Peter Brocka, Mayor of Trnava. Ha Tinh and Trnava provinces aim to sign a MOU, thereby developing economic cooperation.
Together with the Mayor of Trnava District Jozef Viskupič, the delegation was introduced to the car company Stellantis, as well as the company Bizzcom in Bučany, which has been developing innovative robots for the production of electric car lights in the region for a long time.

The bronze plaque is a testament to the friendship and solidarity between the people of the two countries. The ceremony took place in a solemn and emotional atmosphere.
Ambassador Nguyen Tuan, Chairman of the People's Committee Vo Trong Hai, Deputy Mayor of Trnava City and District Mayor, along with all members of the delegation and representatives of overseas Vietnamese present at the ceremony were all moved by the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh.

In the coming time, Ha Tinh province will invite a delegation from the Trnava Autonomous Region and Slovak businesses to visit and work in the province.
On this occasion, the two localities will sign a comprehensive cooperation agreement, including, in addition to cooperation in trade investment, education and tourism, cooperation in honoring Uncle Ho's memorial plaque and supporting the Vietnamese community in Trnava.
