In order for bondholders and people with related rights and obligations to access information about their rights, the Ho Chi Minh City Civil Judgment Enforcement Department has established a hotline 1900 599802 (operating 24/7) to answer and support people in the process of exercising their rights and obligations related to judgment enforcement. People rush to change their driving licenses, places work overtime to handle the situation
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport, from October 2024 to now, the number of people registering to renew their driving licenses has increased dramatically (as of December 2024, it was nearly 890,000 blanks). From January 13 to 24, there were about 12,000 applications for renewal and re-issuance.
In addition to the high number of applications, the issuance and renewal of driver's licenses in Ho Chi Minh City is facing some difficulties such as lack of blanks and lack of materials for printing driver's licenses. To solve the problems encountered in the issuance and renewal of driver's licenses, Ho Chi Minh City is focusing on printing and returning driver's licenses for new and renewal applications submitted before December 2024.
Encourage disciplined officials and those with limited capacity to voluntarily resign.
Ho Chi Minh City has just issued regulations on dismissal, resignation, transfer, and replacement of officials and civil servants. The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee encourages officials and civil servants who have been disciplined with warnings or reprimands but have limited capacity and reduced prestige to voluntarily resign. If they do not voluntarily resign, the competent authority will consider dismissal, transfer, and replacement according to regulations.
Notably, Ho Chi Minh City does not assign a management position to the field in which the transferred person violated (the reason for the transfer or replacement).
The reason why Nguyen Van Linh underpass is flooded after 2 months of opening
Not long after opening to traffic, the underpass at the Nguyen Van Linh - Nguyen Huu Tho intersection (District 7) was flooded due to unseasonal rain that lasted from night to morning of February 13. The flooded tunnel section was about 50m long, the water was 30-40cm deep, making it difficult for vehicles to move through the area.

A representative of the HCM City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board (Traffic Board, investor) said that after inspection, the pumping system and pumping station in this underpass were still operating normally.
However, some water intakes and water collection pipes, as well as pumping stations were blocked by trash, causing water to not drain quickly, leading to flooding at the Nguyen Van Linh underpass branch from National Highway 1 to Tan Thuan (HC1), but the opposite branch (HC2) was not flooded. Oil spilled hundreds of meters on the road, the motorcyclist fell flat on his face.
While riding motorbikes on the road leading to Tan Son Nhat airport, many people in Ho Chi Minh City slipped and fell because they ran over oil spilled on the road from a passenger bus. This bus had a foreign license plate and was traveling on Cong Hoa street towards the center of Ho Chi Minh City.
When the vehicle reached the intersection with Ut Tich Street (Ward 4, Tan Binh District), it spilled oil all over the road. The oil trail stretched over 100 meters, from the intersection to the foot of Lang Cha Ca overpass, causing slippery conditions, causing many motorcyclists to fall on the road.
Tan Son Nhat Traffic Police arrived at the scene to record the incident. Traffic police officers spread sand on the oil stains to ensure traffic safety for passersby. Because the incident occurred during rush hour, it caused traffic congestion at the gateway to Tan Son Nhat airport.
