Along with paying attention to investment in renovation and management of the power grid system, Sam Son City Electricity always focuses on standardizing customer information.

Currently managing and operating 124 public substations and 311 specialized substations, 13 22kV power lines with a total length of 129.25km, 187,982km of low-voltage lines to ensure power supply to 26,431 customers in the area. Therefore, by regularly updating and standardizing customer information on poles and power lines in the CMIS management program, Sam Son City Power Company has improved accurate situation judgment, identified losses and supported customers more quickly and accurately. Accordingly, implementing the direction from Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN), Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC) and Thanh Hoa Power Company as of November 2024, the unit has verified 100% of the information of power purchase contract subjects (PPP) with the national database on population (CSDLDC). The sequence of steps such as checking the CCCD/CMND number, standardizing the customer's name and date of birth information on the CMIS management system follows the motto: accuracy, transparency and data security. This not only helps customers feel more secure when using the service but also creates conditions for the unit to manage better, improve productivity and work efficiency.
