The Council for the 2023 Outstanding Young Vietnamese Faces Award has conducted a secret ballot to select 20 nominees in 9 fields (the field of State Administrative Management has no nominations) for the online voting round.
The individuals nominated by the Council for the online voting round all have excellent achievements.
In the field of study, Pham Viet Hung won the Gold Medal at the International Mathematics Olympiad for two consecutive years (2022 and 2023). With that achievement, he was awarded the Second Class Labor Medal in 2022 and the First Class Labor Medal in 2023; or Dinh Cao Son won the Gold Medal at the International Chemistry Olympiad in 2023, was the contestant with the highest score in the Vietnam Chemistry Olympiad team and ranked 7th in the world.
