Proposal to discipline a series of officials of Dong Trieu town

Recently, the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission held its 73rd meeting chaired by Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission Nguyen Duc Thanh.

At the meeting, after reviewing the inspection results when there were signs of violations against a number of party organizations under the Party Committee of the Dong Trieu Town Government in the work of advising on the implementation of state management of land and construction in Yen Tho ward, Hong Thai Dong and Hong Thai Tay communes, Dong Trieu Town, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee concluded:

Regarding violations and shortcomings of Party organizations and Party members in leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of land management, land division, and land use purpose conversion, it is agreed to assign Dong Trieu Town Party Committee to lead, direct, and organize the implementation of disciplinary review against 1 Party organization (Party cell of the Town's Department of Natural Resources and Environment) and 6 individuals including:

Nguyen Hoang Trung - Member of the Town Party Committee, Member of the Party Committee of the Town Government, Secretary of the Party Cell, Head of the Town Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Pham Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Director of the Town Land Use Rights Registration Office; Nguyen Van Thang, Deputy Head of the Town Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Hoang Phu Khanh, Deputy Head of the Town Urban Management Department; Ha Hai Anh, Party member, specialist of the Town Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Nguyen Thanh Huyen, Party member, official of the Town Land Use Rights Registration Office); Review and consider the responsibilities of 4 Party organizations and 9 individuals; Direct and organize the review and experience drawing for 1 Party organization and 2 individuals.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission assigned the Dong Trieu Town Party Committee to urgently and resolutely lead and direct the overcoming of consequences of violations and shortcomings; strengthen inspection and supervision of land management, construction order, public investment, and non-budgetary investment; lead and direct comprehensive inspection of the granting of land use right certificates, land division, and change of land use purpose in Dong Trieu Town from the beginning of 2021 to present to handle violations (if any) in accordance with the Party's regulations and the State's laws for related organizations and individuals and to revoke, cancel, and handle in accordance with the law the land use right certificates that have been granted in violation.
