With the message “Orientation without prejudice”, students of Hoang Hoa 3 High School and Trieu Son 5 High School participated in the QUIZ game “Career orientation – self-development” to answer questions about understanding gender equality, gender equality in career, in labor; benefits of gender equality in the working environment...; watched the play “Eliminating gender prejudice towards equality in career choice - creating the future”; the talk show “Footprints leading the way – Lighting up the future”, shared videos about examples of overcoming difficulties of male and female students in their journey of studying and pursuing knowledge and inspirational real-life stories from students and lecturers of the Vietnam Women's Academy.

With the theme "Gender equality in career orientation in 2025", through the communication session, the Organizing Committee helped students understand and recognize their own strengths and abilities, current and future career trends to choose a career that suits their strengths and skills for self-development; support to improve knowledge and skills to solve social problems and apply them to solve situations towards building dreams, career orientation, and the future.
