Ensure support for people to stabilize housing before Tet

On October 30, the Hai Phong City Relief Mobilization Committee decided to allocate funds (phase 2) to support the construction of new houses for poor, near-poor, and disadvantaged households who are unable to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 3 in 11 districts.

Specifically, the City Relief Mobilization Committee has decided to allocate funds (phase 2) to support the construction of new houses for 325 poor, near-poor, and disadvantaged households that are unable to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 3 with a total amount of 32.28 billion VND.

Thus, after 2 allocations, the City Relief Mobilization Committee has transferred 79.3 billion VND to support the construction of 392 new houses, repair 505 houses and support to overcome the level of damage of districts.

Along with that, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city issued an official dispatch directing the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of districts and communes - Relief Mobilization Committees of localities to urgently complete the first support package, develop a plan to implement the second support package to ensure timely support for people to build and repair their houses to stabilize before the Lunar New Year of At Ty.

The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of districts shall preside over and coordinate with political and social organizations at the same level to organize supervision of support for people to recover after the storm, not to make mistakes in the target group or take advantage of policies...

The Fatherland Front at all levels of Hai Phong City awarded funds to support people to build new houses and stabilize their lives soon.

The City Relief Mobilization Committee will continue to coordinate with competent authorities to propose appropriate policies to support people to soon stabilize their lives. The allocation and use of support funds will continue to be public and transparent, ensuring compliance with regulations on receiving, managing and using voluntary contributions according to Decree 93/2021/ND-CP dated October 27, 2021 of the Government.
