On December 9, the People's Committee of Da Nang City issued an official dispatch agreeing on a pilot plan to organize services and serve night tourism on Nguyen Van Troi Bridge and the East bank park at the foot of Nguyen Van Troi Bridge as proposed by the city's Department of Tourism.

According to the plan, in phase 1 (2024), a number of activities will be organized in this area such as: Decorating lighting to create check-in points; Exhibition of paintings and displays of specialized products/works periodically every quarter and on holidays and Tet; Organizing stages to perform folk music and lyrical music; Street dances on Tran Hung Dao and Chuong Duong streets.
Flashmob events, yoga festivals, street art on Nguyen Van Troi bridge, book festivals, beer festivals... in the park area.
At the same time, organize community activities such as: Sports, yoga, jogging, chess competitions, painting competitions... Organize walking tours, sightseeing and community activities, street music, events, festivals... on Nguyen Van Troi bridge.
Organizing children's games; Fast food service, take-away drinks and souvenir products.
In phase 2, from the first quarter of 2025 to the end of 2028, continue to implement activities of phase 1 and renovate, upgrade and exploit tourism activities on the bridge and park on the east bank of Nguyen Van Troi bridge.
Accordingly, organize street art performances such as portrait painting, magic, balloon shaping, aerobics, street music... Organize business booths, sell souvenirs, OCOP products, mobile vehicles/counters serving drinks and fast food.
Organize special events and festivals periodically on weekends, holidays and Tet at the North or South yard of the East bank park of Nguyen Van Troi bridge, on Nguyen Van Troi bridge.
Nguyen Van Troi Bridge is the first bridge across the Han River, put into use since 1965.
By 2015, the control and lifting system of Nguyen Van Troi bridge was renovated, construction and installation and technology transfer of the control and monitoring system for the bridge lifting span to serve navigation.
Nguyen Van Troi Bridge currently no longer functions as a traffic bridge, instead it is a unique tourist bridge of Da Nang.
Nguyen Van Troi Bridge will raise and lower the middle span once a day on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 4pm to 6pm to serve the enjoyment needs of residents and tourists.
