At the same time, advise competent authorities to establish Hue city under the Central Government - the first heritage city under the Central Government, upgrade 137 urban administrative units to contribute to accelerating the urbanization speed according to Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and Resolution 06 of the Politburo.
