Regarding the response of Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan, Mr. Le Viet Duong said that the Minister answered frankly and directly to the delegate's question. In addition, there were many opinions that the Minister noted and said that he would pay attention to during the implementation of the provisions of the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment; especially related to violations to avoid abuse and exploitation.
Mr. Le Viet Duong said that in the context of the trend of young people, including students, increasingly using electronic cigarettes, it is necessary and timely for the National Assembly to raise the issue of the use of electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products that adversely affect the health of users, especially young people.
