Applying technology platforms to real estate business, including brokerage activities, is an inevitable trend. With the support of technology, real estate consultants and brokers will interact with the market and customers in the fastest and most effective way, helping to save costs and time for customers.
This is the opinion of Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh, Chairman of the Vietnam Real Estate Brokers Association, at the launching ceremony of the technology real estate brokerage network organized by OneHousing under One Mount Group in coordination with the Vietnam Real Estate Brokers Association on October 27, in Hanoi.
Customers experience the technology platform serving real estate transactions on October 27
According to the Chairman of the Vietnam Real Estate Brokers Association, in a period of higher market competition and more demanding customers, real estate brokers need to change to become more professional. "In particular, it is necessary to apply technology tools to manage information data and improve customer experience. Technology will be the key factor to create the success of brokers," said Mr. Dinh.
Mr. Dinh emphasized that the Vietnam Real Estate Brokers Association supports the development and is ready to support technology platforms to support real estate brokerage activities, including the technology real estate brokerage network developed by OneHousing. However, he also noted that technology real estate platforms need to aim for common goals for the community, for the market, and for openness and transparency.
Sharing about the technology real estate brokerage network, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, General Director of One Mount Real Estate, said that this is a distribution network for apartment, residential land, townhouse, and project villa products, and is a technology platform serving real estate transactions.
The network operates under a sharing economy model, where brokers who contribute supply (sellers) or demand (buyers) can meet each other, match needs, close deals, and record commissions in the system. According to Mr. Tung, this network has a number of outstanding tools such as home valuation tools, real estate analysis and comparison tools, a large data warehouse of 2 million real estate products...
"Technology and data play a key role in ensuring transparent real estate transactions. From market data sources, technology can provide information and suggestions for buyers and sellers to make decisions more quickly and accurately. In the role of consultants, brokers have information to take care of many customers, increasing sales efficiency" - Mr. Tung said.
Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh also assessed that with the technology real estate network, customers can sit at home or anywhere and learn about a real estate product according to their needs and want to buy. Conversely, project providers and brokers will also interact effectively with customers thanks to the application of technology.
In the context of the real estate market facing certain difficulties and reduced purchasing power, Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh believes that with the support of the technology real estate network, customers can reduce costs, reduce time and find real estate products that suit their needs. This contributes to increasing purchasing power and promoting transactions in the real estate market.
Dr. Vo Tri Thanh, Director of the Institute for Brand Strategy and Competition Research, also recognized that technology will play a role as a powerful assistant for brokers to speed up transactions, with transparent information to ensure the rights of both buyers and sellers.
According to Mr. Thanh, the real estate market is experiencing information asymmetry between buyers and sellers. The broker's task is to provide accurate and standard information so that buyers and sellers can choose and make decisions. "Information that is accurate and transparent can only come from real market data, through technology platforms," Mr. Thanh stated.
