Police summoned the group of attackers

On April 12, information from Quang Trach District Police (Quang Binh) said that the unit had summoned a group of people who had beaten and assaulted a female student in the area.

The police identified TTCN (16 years old, residing in Quang Hop commune, Quang Trach district) as the person who beat the female student in the clip. N. had dropped out of school. Accompanying N. on the day of the incident were female student NTHN (13 years old, residing in Quang Phu commune, Quang Trach district) and 5 male students including LTĐ (14 years old), LTD (15 years old), LVT (18 years old, all residing in Quang Phu commune), Đ.Đ.T, PNS (both 15 years old, all residing in Canh Duong commune, Quang Trach district).

Police summoned a group of people who assaulted two female students and filmed a clip and posted it on social media.

TTCN said it had made an appointment with two female students NTH and PAC (both 15 years old, residing in Quang Chau commune) to go to an empty lot in Quang Tung commune to resolve the conflict.

Here, TTCN and NTHN rushed in to beat, strip, and humiliate H. and C. The people around did not stop them but instead shouted and cheered; LTĐ alone used his personal phone to record a clip and posted it on a closed group on social media.

Currently, the case is being further investigated and handled by Quang Trach District Police according to regulations.

As Thanh Nien reported, a clip was previously circulated on social media recording a scene of a female student being beaten, stripped of her shirt, and cursed at by a group of people. Although the female student begged for mercy, the group still dragged her to the ground, abused her, and humiliated her.

The group of people standing around watching, cheering and laughing were students from Canh Duong and Quang Phu communes. The female student who was beaten was a middle school student, residing in Quang Chau commune, Quang Trach district.
