On the evening of February 12, a representative of the Hoan Kiem District Police (Hanoi) said that the unit had worked with the man who punched a car driver on Cua Dong Street.
Accordingly, on the morning of the same day, a clip appeared on social media reflecting the image of a man punching a driver sitting in a car at 57 Cua Dong, Cua Dong Ward (Hoan Kiem District). Immediately upon receiving the information, Hoan Kiem District Police proceeded to verify and clarify the incident.
Specifically, at around 11:00 a.m. on February 10, Mr. N. (born in 1962, residing in Cua Dong ward, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi) organized a wedding for a relative in his family. At this time, Mr. K. (born in 2004, residing in Soc Son, Hanoi) drove a black Kia Carnival car and parked in front of the wedding tent.
Seeing that, Mr. N. asked Mr. K. to drive the car, but because the car was moving slowly, Mr. N. got upset and knocked on the driver's window, and the two sides exchanged words.
Then, Mr. N. pulled his collar and used his right hand to punch Mr. K. in the face, while Mr. K. used his hand to block the attack. After that, many people came to stop him, so Mr. K. drove away.
Working with the police, Mr. N. admitted to punching Mr. K. Mr. K. was punched once in the cheekbone and left eye and did not go for medical examination nor did he make any request to the authorities.
Currently, Hoan Kiem District Police continue to handle the case according to the law.
