Police inform about middle-aged man punching driver on the street

(NLDO)- According to the police, the driver of a black KIA Carnival parked in front of the wedding theater was punched by a man.

On the evening of February 12, Hanoi City Police informed about a case of a man punching a driver sitting in a 7-seat car on Ly Nam De Street, Cua Dong Ward (Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City).

The time Mr. K. was assaulted.

According to authorities, the incident occurred at around 11am on February 10. At that time, Mr. N. (63 years old, living in Cua Dong ward) was organizing a wedding for a relative in his family. At this time, Mr. K. (21 years old, living in Soc Son district, Hanoi) was driving a black KIA Carnival car parked in front of the wedding hall.

Seeing this, Mr. N. asked Mr. K. to drive away, but because the car was going slowly, the 63-year-old man angrily knocked on the driver's window and the two exchanged words. After that, Mr. N. pulled Mr. K.'s collar and used his right hand to punch him in the face. When many people came to intervene, the incident stopped and Mr. K. drove away.

Working with the police, Mr. N. admitted to punching Mr. K. Meanwhile, the 21-year-old man said he was punched once in the cheekbone at the corner of his left eye and did not go to the doctor.

Hanoi police said that Mr. K. has not made any requests to the authorities.

Hoan Kiem District Police are continuing to handle the case according to legal regulations.
