NDO - On November 13, the market had a slight recovery in the early morning session, but then selling pressure increased sharply across the board, causing the VN-Index to plummet to near 1,235 points. In the afternoon session, demand gradually increased again, in which large stocks such as: MWG, VPB broke out, ACB, BCM, MBB, MSN, SSB, TCB, TPB reversed to increase, helping the VN-Index close in the green with an increase of 1.22 points to 1,246.04 points.
On the HoSE, the matched order value this session increased compared to the previous session, reaching over VND13,716.59 billion. Foreign investors continued to net sell on the HoSE over VND166 billion.
On the selling side, VPB shares were sold the most (104 billion VND), followed by SSI (55 billion VND), HPG (43 billion VND),... On the contrary, MWG shares were bought the most (50 billion VND), followed by STB, KBC (both bought 47 billion VND)...
Today's session, the VN30 group closed with 15 stocks increasing, 4 stocks remaining unchanged and 11 stocks decreasing.
Of which, MWG increased 1.81% to VND61,900/share, VPB increased 1.31%.
Codes: ACB, BCM, FPT, MBB, MSN, SAB, SSB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VIC, VNM, VRE increased slightly.
The reference stop codes include: BVH, POW, SHB, VHM.
On the other hand, HPG decreased by 1.64% to VND27,050/share, PLX decreased by 1.27%, GVR decreased by 1.06%.
The remaining codes: BID, CTG, GAS, HDB, SSI, STB, VIB, VJC decreased slightly.
In terms of industry groups, banking stocks traded quite positively when they were in the red in the morning session but recovered at the end of the session. Besides the codes: ACB, BID, CTG, HDB, MBB, SHB, SSB, STB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VPB, VIB in the VN30 group mentioned above, the remaining codes: EIB and LPB increased slightly, three codes: MSB, OCB, NAB stopped at reference.
The real estate group adjusted slightly in the morning session but also closed the session in green. Of which, DXS increased to the ceiling price of VND6,790/share, CKG increased by 2.04%, DTA increased by 2.5%, DXG increased by 2.18%, HDC increased by 2.76%, HDG increased by 2.86%, KBC increased by 2.96%, NBB increased by 2.68%, NVL increased by 2.37%, NVT increased by 3.29%, VSI increased by 2.57%... On the contrary, some codes decreased sharply such as: QCG decreased by 5.54% to VND12,800/share, TN1 decreased by 3.26%, NTL decreased by 2.07%.
The group of securities stocks was almost completely covered in red. Of which, ORS decreased by 2.94%, VIX decreased by 2.4%, HCM decreased by 1.75%, TVS decreased by 1.39%, AGR decreased by 1.11%, TVB decreased by 1.1%, CTS decreased by 1.08%, VDS decreased by 1.02%, along with the codes: DSE, FTS, SSI, VCI, VND decreased slightly. On the contrary, TCI increased slightly, APG and BSI stopped at the reference.
The steel group closed with only VCA at the reference price, the rest were in red. Specifically, DTL decreased by 3.24% to VND10,450/share, NKG decreased by 2.35%, HPG decreased by 1.64%, TLH decreased by 1.03%, the remaining codes: HMC, HSG, SMC decreased slightly.
Industry groups such as insurance, raw materials, means of production, and energy closed down.
* The Vietnamese stock market index was lucky to regain green at the end of the session today, VNXALL-Index closed up 1.87 points (+0.09%), to 2,061.92 points. Liquidity with trading volume reached 634.90 million units, equivalent to trading value of VND 15,558.02 billion. In the whole market, there were 147 stocks increasing in price, 97 stocks remaining unchanged and 213 stocks decreasing in price.
* At the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index closed at 226.21 points, down 0.47 points (-0.21%). Liquidity reached a total of more than 41.35 million shares transferred, with a corresponding trading value of more than VND859.38 billion. The entire floor had 68 stocks increasing, 62 stocks remaining unchanged and 83 stocks decreasing.
The HNX30 index closed down 1.90 points (-0.39%) to 484.65 points. Trading volume reached about 27.17 million units, with a corresponding value of more than VND691.10 billion. The HNX30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 9 stocks increasing, 5 stocks remaining unchanged and 16 stocks decreasing.
On the UPCoM market, the UPCoM Index decreased, closing at 92.35 points, down 0.04 points (-0.05%). Market liquidity, total trading volume reached more than 28.14 million shares, corresponding trading value reached more than 415.67 billion VND. The UPCoM group of stocks ended the trading day with 142 stocks increasing, 110 stocks remaining unchanged and 104 stocks decreasing.
* At the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, the VN-Index closed up 1.22 points (+0.10%) at 1,246.04 points. Liquidity reached over 656.29 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND15,264.30 billion. The entire floor had 153 stocks increasing, 72 stocks remaining unchanged and 203 stocks decreasing.
The VN30 Index increased by 2.09 points (+0.16%) to 1,304.04 points. Liquidity reached over 245.71 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND7,053.25 billion. The VN30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 15 stocks increasing, 4 stocks remaining unchanged and 11 stocks decreasing.
The five stocks with the highest trading volume are VIX (over 37.98 million units), HPG (over 22.28 million units), VPB (over 20.29 million units), TPB (over 17.32 million units), NVL (over 15.79 million units).
