Without approval, the act of printing money or votive paper money that resembles Vietnamese currency is considered a violation of the law.

- A fine of 40,000,000 VND to 50,000,000 VND shall be imposed for the act of copying, printing, using the layout, part or all of the images, details, and patterns of Vietnamese currency that are not in accordance with the provisions of law.
An organization that commits the same administrative violation shall be subject to a fine equal to twice the fine imposed on an individual.
