On the evening of August 12, at Nha Trang Military Port, the political and artistic program "Prosperity from the homeland sea" took place.

The program is co-organized by Voice of Vietnam Radio, Central Propaganda Department, General Department of Politics of Vietnam People's Army, Ministry of National Defense and Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.
Attending the event were: General Luong Cuong, Politburo member, Director of the General Department of Politics; Nguyen Trong Nghia, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department; Party Central Committee members: Tran Hong Ha, Deputy Prime Minister; Le Hoai Trung, Head of the Central External Relations Commission; Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army; Do Tien Sy, General Director of the Voice of Vietnam; Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc, Commander of Military Region 5; Vice Admiral Tran Thanh Nghiem, Commander of the Navy; Party Central Committee members who are Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committees of Quang Ngai, Quang Tri, Khanh Hoa, and Phu Yen provinces.
Also attending were many leaders of coastal provinces and cities; ministries, departments, central agencies and Khanh Hoa province; and 1,500 people from the navy, border guards, coast guard, fishermen, youth and students in Khanh Hoa province.
This is a national-level political and artistic program held in Khanh Hoa province - the center of tourism and marine economy, affirming that Vietnam is a maritime nation with the eternal aspiration to conquer the sea, prosper from the sea and maintain peace at sea, aiming to foster the spirit of national pride, self-respect, determination to protect the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland; raising awareness of preserving and promoting the diverse potential of Vietnam's sea and islands.
The show’s setting is the wharf as the main stage, along with several ships of the Navy, Coast Guard, etc., opening up many dimensions. The connection between the stage on the wharf and the stage on the ship will create a vivid and impressive 3D stage space.

The program includes 3 main emotional circuits with the following themes: "Sea consciousness"; "Vietnam towards wealth from the sea"; "Vietnam towards strength from the sea".
The content of the section “Sea Consciousness” highlights the deep love of the sea of the Vietnamese people through stories, performances, images, and real-life reports. From the vision of marine economic development, after 5 years of implementing Resolution 36, the marine economy has made an important contribution to the country's economy.
Part two, “Vietnam aims to become rich from the sea” outlines a general picture of Vietnam’s marine economy through familiar but profound and meaningful stories. These are stories about sustainable green economic development at sea; about green energy transition; or the issue of green tourism development that has achieved many successes.
The third part, “Vietnam towards strength in the sea” is about the aspiration to master the sea, to be strong at sea, about the dreams of generations of Vietnamese people on the journey to explore the sea. Stories about the journey to build the Vietnam People's Navy and the image of fishermen clinging to the sea to become an important line of defense to protect the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
