The Vietnam Stock Exchange (VNX) has just issued a decision to partially suspend the operations of BOS Securities Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, BOS Securities is suspended from purchasing securities on the listed securities market and the registered trading market at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange and the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
The reason is that BOS Securities has been placed under control by the State Securities Commission. The suspension period is from February 17, 2025 until this securities company is removed from control.

Notably, this is the second time this securities company has received a decision to suspend its securities purchasing activities. Previously, in August 2023, BOS Securities also received a similar decision from VNX on the grounds that the company violated its reporting and information disclosure obligations as a member and had not yet remedied the violation.
