Announcing the decision on personnel work at Social Insurance Region XXXII (Ca Mau)

On the morning of April 10, Vietnam Social Security (VSS) held a conference to announce and hand over decisions on personnel work at the Social Security Region XXXII (Ca Mau - Bac Lieu ). Attending were Mr. Nguyen Minh Luan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province; Mr. Chu Manh Sinh, Deputy Director of Vietnam Social Security.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Luan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province, presented flowers to congratulate Director of Social Insurance Region XXXII Trieu Trung Hieu.

The conference announced the appointment decision of Vietnam Social Security for 5 Deputy Directors of Social Security Region XXXII, including: Mr. Trinh Trung Kien, Ms. Thai Thi Kim Thuy, Mr. Duong Minh Tung, Mr. Le Hung Cuong and Ms. Huynh Hang Nga.

Previously, Vietnam Social Security awarded the Decision to appoint Mr. Trieu Trung Hieu, Director of Bac Lieu Provincial Social Security, to hold the position of Director of Social Security Region XXXII.

Vice Chairman of Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Luan and Deputy Director of Vietnam Social Security Chu Manh Sinh presented the appointment decision and flowers to congratulate the Deputy Directors of Social Security Region XXXII.

At the conference, representatives of Vietnam Social Security also presented the Decision to appoint Heads and Deputy Heads of 8 affiliated functional departments, including: Department of Collection Management and Participant Development; Department of Social Insurance Regime; Department of Health Insurance Assessment; Department of Financial Planning; Department of Inspection - Examination; Department of Organization - Administration; Department of Propaganda and Participant Support; Department of Information Technology and Digital Transformation.

At the same time, the decision to appoint Directors and Deputy Directors of 7 inter-district Social Insurance agencies was handed over, including: Thoi Binh - U Minh; Tran Van Thoi - Phu Tan; Cai Nuoc - Dam Doi; Nam Can - Ngoc Hien; Bac Lieu City - Vinh Loi - Hoa Binh; Gia Rai - Dong Hai; Phuoc Long - Hong Dan.

The improvement of personnel organization is an important step to improve operational efficiency, strengthen management capacity, and meet the increasing requirements in performing assigned political tasks.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Director of Vietnam Social Security Chu Manh Sinh suggested that immediately after the conference, each assigned and appointed comrade must immediately get to work, stabilize the organization, review all tasks according to the plan, and not interrupt any work content. It must be implemented resolutely and urgently so as not to affect the progress and efficiency of the work, especially important indicators such as developing participants and collection work.

Mr. Chu Manh Sinh, Deputy Director of Vietnam Social Security, suggested that immediately after the conference, we need to get to work and stabilize the organization.

“It is necessary to develop a detailed plan, launch a practical and effective emulation movement, clearly assign people, tasks and responsibilities. It is necessary to promote a sense of responsibility, stay close to the grassroots, and work with departments and districts to come up with suitable and feasible solutions. Payment, policy settlement, inspection and examination work need to be closely linked, ensuring synchronous, continuous, timely and correct implementation,” Mr. Chu Manh Sinh directed.

The Deputy Director of Vietnam Social Security suggested that, with the characteristics of being the linking unit between the two provinces of Ca Mau - Bac Lieu, the Regional Board of Directors should continue to maintain a close coordination relationship with the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and local departments and branches. Strengthen consultation work and regular exchanges with provincial leaders to effectively implement social insurance and health insurance policies, especially policies to support people and workers to participate.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Luan shared that Ca Mau Social Insurance and Bac Lieu Social Insurance previously had their own strengths and weaknesses, and hoped that in the coming time, Social Insurance Region XXXII would improve its competitive ranking in the Vietnam Social Insurance industry. Promoting the spirit of solidarity, stabilizing the organization, planning short-term and long-term goals and directions to develop in the new environment, improving the quality of service to people and businesses. The leaders of Ca Mau province will pay attention and actively support the necessary conditions for Social Insurance Region XXXII in the province to operate effectively.

On behalf of the collective of officers and employees of Social Insurance Region XXXII and comrades who have just received the decision on transfer and appointment, Director of Social Insurance Region XXXII Trieu Trung Hieu expressed his gratitude to the leaders of Vietnam Social Insurance for trusting and appointing the leaders and managers of Social Insurance Region XXXII, and at the same time hoped that the leaders of Vietnam Social Insurance and the Provincial People's Committee would pay attention and create favorable conditions for Social Insurance Region XXXII to operate effectively in the coming time.

Mr. Trieu Trung Hieu pledged to work with the Board of Directors, the Party Executive Committee and all officers and employees of the unit to promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, and concretize the directions of the leaders of Vietnam Social Security to implement them resolutely, synchronously and effectively. Determined to further develop Social Security Region XXXII, effectively implement social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies, and serve the people and workers in the two provinces better and better.

Social Insurance Region XXXII officially operates from April 1, 2025, on the basis of merging Ca Mau Provincial Social Insurance and Bac Lieu Provincial Social Insurance, marking a step to streamline the organizational apparatus according to the policies of the Party and the State; marking an important development step in the management and implementation of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies in Ca Mau and Bac Lieu provinces; at the same time ensuring full rights of participants and beneficiaries of insurance policies./.
