The supermodel confided: “Running is a way to help me overcome stress and deadlocks in life. I realized that as an artist, I need to spread these positive things to more people. And from there, this race was born.”

Talking about convincing his colleagues to join him in this running race, Ho Duc Vinh affirmed that the artists came to the Marathon Dream Cup 2023 because they understood the values that the race brought, not because of the salary. He was happy that his journey was not alone but always had like-minded friends accompanying him, giving him more strength to create a prestigious and quality race in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Dream Cup 2023 Marathon is scheduled to take place from 5:30 to 9:30 a.m. on July 30, starting at the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Cultural House. According to the organizers, there are 40 individual award categories, with a total prize of up to 150 million VND. In particular, the winners of the 5m and 10km distances (separately for men and women) will receive a trophy, certificate of merit, medal and 10 million VND in cash.

Athletes who participate and complete the distance within the specified time will also receive a prestigious medal, printed with the image of a typical building of Ho Chi Minh City. This is considered a gift for individuals who dare to surpass themselves.

Ho Duc Vinh used to be a famous name on the catwalk. In 2003, he won the Gold prize of Vietnam Supermodel in Ho Chi Minh City, then participated in the world's second largest male beauty contest - Mr World 2007, winning the prize "The person wearing the most beautiful traditional costume".
At the peak of his career, the male supermodel was the most sought-after face in the Vietnamese modeling industry. He was even chosen as one of three models to perform with the contestants at the Miss Universe 2008 contest held in Vietnam.
Since 2014, he has been absent from the catwalk. The male supermodel has spent his time focusing on business and running the FC Nghe Si football team.
