The construction of the Office of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and mass organizations of Sam Son City started on December 15, 2021. The project consists of 3 blocks of buildings, including a 7-storey and 1-ground-floor office block, a conference hall with a capacity of more than 400 seats, a dining room with more than 200 seats, auxiliary technical infrastructure works, and garden exteriors are invested synchronously to ensure technical standards and ventilation, lighting, fire prevention and fighting according to current regulations.

The building is arranged with functional areas to fully meet the working activities, conferences, seminars for officials, civil servants, and employees of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and current and future city organizations. After 2 years of construction, the project was completed on schedule.

According to the People's Committee of Sam Son City, with the desire to move towards a smart tourist city, the project was designed from the beginning to create a highlight in terms of space and architecture of the city's urban face, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of serving the people and businesses. This is also the desire of generations of leaders, party members and people of the city through the ages for a spacious working headquarters, worthy of a coastal tourist city.

"The completed project has created a highlight in terms of space and architecture of the city's urban appearance. From there, it creates a premise for the city's apparatus to operate and serve the people better.

At the same time, the completion and putting into use of the project is also a milestone for the innovation and development of Sam Son City, creating a premise for the goal of striving to become a smart tourist city in the future," said Mr. Le Van Tu - Chairman of Sam Son City People's Committee.

In addition, on the same morning of January 27, the above delegates also started the construction of the Nam Song Ma Avenue Project, phase 2, the route from the coastal road to the Memory Road connection point with a length of 1.9km, one of the projects invested in construction from capital sources according to the special mechanism of Resolution No. 7 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Resolution No. 298 of the Provincial People's Council on construction and development of Sam Son City to 2030, with a vision to 2045.

The implementation of the project is meaningful in contributing to the gradual modernization of infrastructure, opening up new space for city development. Sam Son City chose to register this as a key project to welcome the 20th Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
