(CLO) That was the emphasis of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh during his working program in Dong Thap province on August 13. The Prime Minister inspected a number of key road projects and works in the province; visited a number of modern, high-tech rice and agricultural production and processing facilities in the area.
