According to the Report on the use of digital tools by Vietnamese people published in November 2024 by Q&Me - a prestigious company in the field of market research in Vietnam, Zalo is the most popular communication tool at work. The report was deployed on the group of people aged 18-39 in 02 major cities: Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Of these, 92% of survey participants use Zalo for work communication. This is an impressive figure when compared to 33% of Messenger users, 24% of Microsoft Teams users or 16% of Skype users.
