According to the report at the working session, implementing Decision No. 362/QD-TTg dated April 3, 2019 of the Prime Minister, the implementation of planning and arrangement for press agencies of Binh Phuoc province basically ensures the correct plan and roadmap according to the National Press Development and Management Plan until 2025. Before the arrangement, Binh Phuoc province had 4 press agencies including: Binh Phuoc Newspaper, Binh Phuoc Radio and Television Station, Binh Phuoc Literature and Arts Magazine, and Science and Technology Magazine. After the arrangement, the province has 2 press agencies: Radio and Television Station and Binh Phuoc Newspaper, Binh Phuoc Literature and Arts Magazine.

The model of Binh Phuoc Radio - Television and Newspaper includes 4 types of journalism with the motto "Focus on spoken press, innovate visual press, improve print press, break through electronic press" has converged human resources and facilities of press agencies to perform information and propaganda functions in one area. With the combined strength and new momentum, right from the first year of merger, Binh Phuoc press won the "Golden Hammer and Sickle" award for the first time in 2019. Since then, Binh Phuoc Radio - Television and Newspaper have continuously won many major awards. The quantity and quality of press works have been improved, many propaganda topics have been well implemented, creating a wide spread. At the meeting, members of the working delegation of the Ministry of Information and Communications and Binh Phuoc province discussed the implementation of the planning for press development and management in the province. The working delegation paid much attention to the situation, results, operational efficiency, and lessons learned of the Binh Phuoc Radio - Television Station and Newspaper after 5 years of merging and operating.
