Regarding the difficulty people have when logging into the VNeID application, Major General Hung said that currently the number of activated accounts is very large, affecting access during certain time frames, especially from 7-10 pm when the number of logins is extremely large, leading to a slow system.

According to Mr. Hung, the transmission line and phone configuration of the people are also the cause. " We have proactively coordinated closely with network operators, increased the expansion of transmission lines, improved processing speed, and met the requirements of people and businesses in the coming time," said Major General Hung, adding that the Ministry of Public Security is stepping up the implementation of Project 06, researching, deploying, and expanding utilities and applications from VNeID to serve people and businesses.

With the VNeID level 2 application, people and businesses can replace some documents. “C06 has prepared hundreds of answers related to citizen identification and electronic identification, posted on the C06 website. People can access and ask all questions, difficulties and problems to get answers as quickly as possible,” said Mr. Hung.
