Binh Dinh: Nhon Hoi A Industrial Park attracts 7 investment projects

The Binh Dinh Province Investment Promotion Conference 2025 held on March 28 in Quy Nhon witnessed record numbers of projects and total committed investment capital in this locality.

Binh Dinh Provincial leaders awarded the investment policy decision for the project implemented at Nhon Hoi A Industrial Park.

Accordingly, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province has granted investment cooperation memorandums, investment policy decisions and investment registration certificates to 62 projects with a total registered capital of more than VND 231,000 billion (more than USD 10 billion).

Of these, 16 projects were awarded investment policy decisions and investment registration certificates with a total registered capital of about VND 17,027 billion; 42 projects were awarded investment cooperation memorandums with a total registered investment capital of domestic projects of VND 73,150 billion, and a total registered investment capital of foreign projects of more than USD 1.1 billion; 4 projects that had previously signed memorandums of understanding with a total registered capital of more than USD 4.3 billion were also awarded at the conference.

Nhon Hoi A Industrial Park (IP) continues to affirm its position in attracting investment when 5 projects were granted investment policy decisions with a total registered capital of nearly 990 billion VND and 2 projects signed investment cooperation memorandums.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Thao - Deputy General Director of Saigon - Nhon Hoi Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, received the memorandum of understanding on investment cooperation in the project of building technical infrastructure for Cat Hanh Industrial Cluster.

Specifically: Ngoc Nhu Y Holdings Co., Ltd. with the project of a factory producing cotton, fiber, yarn and household and industrial products in Nhon Hoi, Binh Dinh, with an investment capital of 260 billion VND. Top Asian Industrial Vietnam Co., Ltd. with the project of a factory producing high-class wooden furniture, HDPE interior and exterior, and producing raw materials and auxiliary supplies for exported interiors, with an investment capital of 260 billion VND.

Vinh Quang Holdings Company Limited with the project of a factory producing blankets, sheets, pillows, and mattresses in the Central region, with an investment capital of 180 billion VND. Viet My Wood Industry Joint Stock Company with the project of a factory producing interior and exterior wood, with an investment capital of 160 billion VND. Vietnam Graphene Global Joint Stock Company with the project of a factory producing and applying Graphene, with an investment capital of 130 billion VND.

In addition, there are two memorandums of understanding on investment cooperation between Quy Nhon Port Logistics Services Company Limited and Saigon - Nhon Hoi Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (SNP) with a logistics development investment project at Nhon Hoi A Industrial Park with a total registered capital of about 200 billion VND.

Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between SNP and Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee on the project of building technical infrastructure for Cat Hanh Industrial Cluster (Phu Cat district) with a total registered capital of 420 billion VND.

Many foreign investors are interested in learning about the infrastructure at Nhon Hoi A Industrial Park.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Thao - Deputy General Director of SNP (investor of Nhon Hoi A Industrial Park), these projects not only contribute to increasing FDI capital in Binh Dinh but also create momentum to promote the local economy, create jobs for thousands of workers, and improve production and export capacity.

“Through these figures, Nhon Hoi A Industrial Park continues to affirm its position as a strategic investment destination, making an important contribution to the socio-economic development of Binh Dinh province,” Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Thao shared.
