The ancient festival of the five Moc villages included the villages of Giap Nhat, Chinh Kinh, Cu Loc, Quan Nhan and Phung Khoang; after Cu Loc and Chinh Kinh merged to form Cu Chinh, there were four villages: Giap Nhat, Cu Chinh, Quan Nhan and Phung Khoang. The festival takes place from the 10th to the 12th of February (Lunar calendar). The procession of the Saints' palanquins to enjoy spring, enjoy the scenery of the five villages and pray for national peace and prosperity... on the 12th of February of the Lunar calendar. The festival of the five Moc villages is a very old traditional festival held every five years. Each time, one village hosts the ceremony in the order of Giap Nhat - Chinh Kinh - Cu Loc - Quan Nhan - Phung Khoang. In 2021, this festival was ranked by the State as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage. In 2025, it will be held at Phung Khoang communal house.

The festival of the five Moc villages was formed from the custom of making friends among the five villages, both to make friends and to support each other. Each village worships a tutelary god of its own village. Giap Nhat village worships Phung Luong - a general under the reign of Bo Cai Dai Vuong Phung Hung; Cu Chinh village worships Duc Thanh La Dai Lieu - a general under the reign of Ngo Quyen; Quan Nhan village worships Trung Nghia Dai Vuong Hung Lang Cong - who had the merit of fighting the Nam Chieu invaders and under the palace worships his wife, the Holy Lady Truong My Nuong; Phung Khoang village worships General Doan Thuong.

After the palanquins of the four Moc villages arrived at Phung Khoang communal house in the early morning, in the afternoon (March 11), the festival held a thanksgiving ceremony and started the palanquins to return to the Moc communal houses.

At around 2pm, the palanquins began to be carried from Phung Khoang communal house to Moc village communal houses. The festival attracted thousands of locals and tourists from all over the country.
